Well the economies of scale and having a central location for hardware mean that often hosted services can offer fantastic savings over hardware placed in your office. Equipment also tends to be enterprise level so fault tolerance like RAID and multiple network connections are common place. Placing hardware in the office tends to pay off where outright performance is needed or when there are a lot of users in one location.

The types of hosted services available are:

Microsoft Exchange - With exchange hosted services, you can access your email, contacts, shared and personal calendars just as if you had an Microsoft Exchange server in your office. Being a hosted service you can also have access to all these great functions from any location, such as working from home.

SugarCRM - Hosted SugarCRM brings you the latest version of a great Customer Relations Manager (CRM), accessible from any web enabled PC. Licensed per user (minimum 5) allowing for easy access and an easy path for growth, as you never have to buy, upgrade or maintain the hardware.

Desktop Support

We also provide desktop support with both on site hardware and remote access assistance. So if its setting up a new PC or providing remote assistance to clear off a virus, with our trained staff you are in good hands.
